All Flights: Full refund* or reschedule if cancelled due to weather or aircraft unavailability.
All Flights: Full refund* or reschedule if cancelled outside 24 hours prior to departure otherwise all payments forfeited.
Gift Vouchers: Non refundable or redeemable for cash, except at CQ Adventure Flights discretion.
No open dated third party gift vouchers are accepted by CQ Adventure Flights.
All third party agent tickets are to be issued with a booking date.

Passengers:
One passenger per flight.
No minimum numbers.
Maximum passenger weight 120 kg.
Passenger will be subject to medical questionnaire to satisfy suitability for flight.
People with Heart, Back or Neck conditions should consult Medical Practitioner before booking.
There is no minimum age however the passenger must be able to understand a safety briefing and be bulky enough to be secured in the aircraft by the seatbelts, no maximum age.
This Aircraft is operated under CASR Part 132, and is designed for special operations.
The design, manufacture and airworthiness of this aircraft is not required to meet the same safety standards as a normal commercial passenger flight

Cameras and video equipment are subject to pilot discretion
